DAGUPAN CITY — Vice President Sara Duterte visited the Office of the Vice President’s Pangasinan Satellite Office on Sunday, meeting personally with personnel over breakfast to check on their welfare and the state of services being provided to constituents in the province.
Duterte said she wanted to ensure the satellite office was functioning properly and delivering services to Filipinos within its reach in Pangasinan.
The vice president also expressed gratitude to the staff for giving up their Sunday to accompany her and for their continued public service.
“Mahalin natin ang Pilipinas — para sa Diyos, sa Bayan, at sa bawat Pamilyang Pilipino,” Duterte said in a post on her official Facebook page, which translates to: “Let us love the Philippines — for God, for the Nation, and for every Filipino Family.”
The Office of the Vice President maintains satellite offices in various provinces to extend government services beyond Metro Manila.
